About Me


In 2010 I obtained my Certificate III in Fitness and my Certificate IV in Fitness Pilates. Teaching Pilates classes at local halls, dance schools and fitness centers, I found core strength and women's health issues to be a key talking point in my classes. I have run the City to Surf in Sydney twice and absolutely love running.

I am passionate about:
